Employees of Studying at Jesus’ Feet are not eligible to enter.

ENTRY METHOD:

By entering the quiz competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions

• Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition "No Purchase Necessary" "Purchase does not enhance chance of winning".

• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted, however since the quiz is laid out in a Spanish and English version participant is allowed to participate in both languages, different questions if they so desire.

QUIZ FORM AND INFORMATION

The quiz is based on the bible teaching topic of that particular week. You can test your Bible Knowledge and Understanding of Studying at Jesus’ Feet weekly bible teachings with our adapted Bible Quiz or Bible Trivia of the Week. Each quiz or trivia contains questions that are directly related to the quiz.

There are 4 rounds of questions

Round 1: General Questions related to the week’s teaching topic

Round 2: Complete the sentence

Round 3: Treasure hunting: A mixture of questions related to the audio and visual teaching presentation

Round 4: Details of the artists/painters who are part of this quiz teaching* finding the painting and giving specific details about them

All questions are multiple choice

*Details of the artists participating in this quiz are granted by Wikimedia Commons, Wellcome, Europeana, Canva, Pexels and others specifically mentioned fall under the fair use guidelines. Pics, videos, songs include fair use of YouTube community guidelines.

QUIZ/TRIVIA DURATION:

You have two weeks to fill out the weekly quiz; please check start and end dates including the time zone of the week quiz on the page menu of www.studyingatjesusfeet.com.

PRIZE /GIVEAWAY DETAILS:

Three prize giveaways available for every quiz/teaching 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize.

1. The prizes/giveaways are accompanied by a photographic image.

2. International shipping is not available. However, you can contact a local and we will send the item as per your instructions to this person who in turn can remit it to you.

3. The prize/giveaway drawing date is published on the headings of the prize images. The winners will be informed within 2 labor- days following the prize/giveaway drawing. We will post the winners on our web-site newsletter and contact the winners by mail.

4. Everybody can participate in the quiz, however the prize/giveaway is only collectible in Curaçao or to be delivered to a person in Curaçao as per your instructions.

5. If you win the prize/giveaway and you live abroad and you want to give away your prize/giveaway and gift it to someone in need, you are very welcome to do so. Studying at Jesus’ Feet will inform you to whom we gave your prize.

6. Studying at Jesus’ Feet will extend the prizes/giveaways to the winners at the end of every month to all the winners of that month. Date, time and place will be mentioned in our newsletter. If you prefer to receive your prize/giveaway earlier, it can always be arranged

7. Every month there will be a prize/giveaway drawing among those who participated in all the quizzes (either English or Spanish) or in both languages of that particular month. The winners will be mentioned in the newsletter.

8. Prizes/giveaways are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.

9. Where a prize/giveaway becomes unavailable for any reason, Studying at Jesus’ Feet reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value. The prize consists only of the item(s) expressly specified in these Official Rules.

10. All expenses or costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize/giveaway or any component of the prize/giveaway are the responsibility of the winner.

WINNER SELECTION:

Studying at Jesus’ Feet wants to ensure that the criteria and method for selecting the prize winners is objective and transparent. For

this reason, we use for the prize drawings the random number generator of the company: randompicker.com

The winner’s (user)name and email address will be posted in the newsletter of Studying at Jesus’ Feet website.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS:

Studying at Jesus’ Feet has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the prize/giveaway drawing

any individual who, in Studying at Jesus’ Feet discretion, determines or believes has tampered with the entry process or has

undermined the legitimate operation of YouTube community guidelines, other social media platforms or Studying at Jesus’ Feet

prize/giveaway drawing by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair practices, providing false information or using fake accounts.

STUDYING AT JESUS’ FEET will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Studying at Jesus’ Feet takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

- To the extent permitted by applicable local law, liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize/giveaway in question.

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Studying at Jesus’ Feet reasonable control, Studying at Jesus’ Feet reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition of the prize/giveaway drawing or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

- Studying at Jesus’ Feet decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

- To the extent permitted by applicable local law, Studying at Jesus’ Feet shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any prize/giveaway for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Studying at Jesus’ Feet.

- The prize drawing shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the local laws of Curaçao. Any legal proceedings arising out of this prize/giveaway drawing or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the courts located on the island of Curaҫao, waiving any right to trial with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules or the prize giveaways.

- In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and giveaway drawing information provided elsewhere (including but not limited in advertising or marketing materials), these Official Rules shall prevail.
